Have your customers test their herbal vaporizers' functionality at the point of purchase (or as soon as they receive it by courier) by turning the device on and ensuring that it charges and heats up appropriately.

Details on herbal vaporizer warranty for each manufacturer can be found below. Vape Mall recommends that you and your customers keep a copy of the receipt/invoice (digital or scanned copies are fine) for the duration of the manufacturer’s warranty period. Read the device manual to ensure you are using it correctly.

BRAND NEW, UNOPENED & UNUSED VAPORIZER

Once opened or used, vaporizers are considered final sale and cannot be returned unless defective. However, devices that are brand new, unopened and unused may be accepted as returns at the discretion of a Vape Mall representative. For devices with authenticity seals on the packaging (e.g., Storz & Bickel, PAX, Dipstick Vapes), the seal sticker must be fully intact and undisturbed to be eligible for return.

DEAD, DEFECTIVE OR BROKEN ON ARRIVAL VAPORIZER (UNUSED)

If your customer finds that their vaporizer is defective on arrival (DOA), not charging or not heating appropriately, advise them to not put any substance into the device. See the chart below for warranty information.

VAPORIZER DEVICE ISSUES WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD (USED)

Once opened or used, vaporizers are final sale. Any and all applicable warranties must be dealt with through the respective manufacturer/partner found in the chart below.

Warranty offered by any manufacturer does not cover (i) cosmetic damage; (ii) damage from tampering, performed or attempted unauthorized service; (iii) damage caused by unit modification; (iv) damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse; and (v) damage due to normal wear and tear or natural aging of the product. Use only the chargers provided with manufacturer's product. Incompatible chargers may cause batteries to overheat or fail, posing a fire hazard. Warranty does not include accessories and consumable spare parts, such as filters, mouthpieces, or glass parts.

All warranty claims will require you to provide a copy of your confirmation email from Vape Mall. Note that Vape Mall is an authorized retailer of all the vaporizer brands sold in its online store.
