Vape Mall proudly partners with UPS and Purolator to ensure that all shipped orders with us are delivered quickly and affordably.

SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME

All orders are shipped the same day, Monday through Friday, if placed before 2pm EDT/EST (local Toronto time).

Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, and/or statutory holidays and/or after the shipping cut-off time (read above) will be shipped the following business day.

In general, UPS and Purolator shipping is estimated at one to two business days beyond the shipment date for metropolitan areas. Please keep in mind that delivery to rural or isolated areas may have longer delivery times. 

Vape Mall cannot control issues/delays due to weather, natural disasters, nor any issues/delays originating from UPS and Purolator.

SHIPPING & ORDER STATUS

You can view your orders’ shipping and tracking information by logging in to your Vape Mall account and viewing the respective invoice. Shipping is free on orders with subtotals exceeding $800.


SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY

Please note that once an item leaves Vape Mall’s warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the courier.

Delays or delivery errors by courier companies are completely outside the control of Vape Mall and our shipping department.

For your protection, standard insurance is provided by the respective couriers listed in shipping options upon check out.

For any shipment lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to your dedicated wholesale accounts representative or sales@vapemall.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, as well as a photo of damage, if applicable.
