SHIPPING & TRANSIT TIME
In some cases, orders can be ready for shipment on the same day as the order is placed. However, please note that shipments are picked up by Purolator Monday to Friday around 4pm, which restricts same-day shipping for orders placed later in the day.
In general, Purolator shipping is estimated at one business day beyond the shipment date for metropolitan areas. Please keep in mind that delivery to rural or isolated areas may have longer delivery times.
Vape Mall cannot control issues/delays due to weather, natural disasters, nor any issues/delays originating from Purolator.

SHIPPING & ORDER STATUS
You can view your orders’ shipping and tracking information by logging in to your Vape Mall account and viewing the respective invoice. Tracking updates can be viewed via your tracking number and Purolator's tracking tool.
Shipping is free on orders with subtotals exceeding $1000.
SHIPPING & MISSING PACKAGE POLICY
Please note that once an item leaves Vape Mall’s warehouse facility and a tracking number is provided, the package becomes the responsibility of the courier. Delays or delivery errors by courier companies are completely outside the control of Vape Mall and our shipping department. For your protection, standard insurance is provided by the respective couriers listed in shipping options upon check out. For any shipment lost or damaged in transit, please reach out to your dedicated sales representative or email@example.com with your order number, a description of the issue, as well as a photo of damage, if applicable.
